At one time educators boasted that their role was not to teach students what to think, but how to think. Today their role is far too often to teach students what to think on everything from immigration to global warming to the new sacred trinity of ‘race, class and gender'”

\"TPOTGGood morning my little lambs,
\nHow are you all today?
\nSit up and pay attention,
\nPlease put your phones away.
\nBefore we start our lesson,
\nJohnny won\u2019t be coming back to school,
\nHe has broken what is perhaps
\nOur most sacred golden rule.
\nHe used the forbidden word \u201cwhy\u201d
\nIn class yesterday,
\nAnd we all know that\u2019s a word
\nWe must never ever say.
\nSo he’s being sent to a special school,
\nWith those similarly infected,
\nAnd we send him our best wishes,
\nAnd hope he gets politically corrected.
\nNow back to our lesson, see I have written
\n\u201cFree Speech\u201d, there on the board,
\nAnd our lesson for today
\nIs why that should be ignored.
\nI’m here to teach you what to think,
\nAll you’ll ever need to know,
\nSo any unnecessary free speaking
\nWill help confusion flourish and grow,
\nAnd if we all become confused,
\nWell, that’s a very bad idea,
\nAnd that’s the reason why free speech
\nIs something to fear.
\nSo there you are my little lambs,
\nWhy your silence you must always keep,
\nThen you will all grow up to become
\nNice, obedient little sheep.<\/p>\n
