I found writing this to be quite time consuming!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"TPOTG<\/p>\n

Time wraps us all
\nIn its invisible cloak,
\nYou can\u2019t throw it off,
\nIt’s a lifetime’s yoke;
\nSometimes a friend,
\nOther times it\u2019s a foe,
\nWhen it moves quickly,
\nOr when we think it moves slow.
\nWhen it works with us
\nWe say time\u2019s on our side,
\nBut when time’s against us
\nThere’s nowhere to hide.<\/p>\n

Time rushing by,
\nOr time dragging on,
\nAnd when it gets lost
\nWe ask, where\u2019s the time gone?
\nWhen we feel generous
\nWe have time to spare,
\nBut when we\u2019ve no time
\nThere’s nothing to share.
\nWe create time for people,
\nOr give them no time at all
\nAnd when we forget
\nWe ask for time to recall.<\/p>\n

When we want to track time
\nWe build a timetable
\nAnd we try to save time,
\nWhenever we\u2019re able.
\nWe claim it can stop
\nWhen we say time stood still,
\nYet we seek its demise
\nWhen we have time to kill.
\nWe say time is short
\nWhen we don\u2019t have too long,
\nAnd if we\u2019re \u201cdoing time\u201d
\nThen we\u2019ve done something wrong.<\/p>\n

By taking less time
\nWe can hasten an endeavor,
\nBut if something is timeless
\nIt just lasts forever.
\nTime can run through our fingers
\nLike the dessert sands,
\nBut when it stops flowing
\nWe have time on our hands.
\nAnd by asking you to read this
\nIt’s your time I am using;
\nThat cloak that surrounds us
\nCan be very confusing!<\/p>\n
